There is something magic about driving into MIllpaca and seeing the paddocks full of alpacas. The green contrasting with every alpaca colour possible. I can not describe the overwhelming numbers of alpacas that can be seen the in paddocks. When visiting large commercial sheep farming enterprises, it is also impressive seeing the flocks of sheep but I think there is something more intriguing about similar size alpaca enterprises. It may be that so many of the alpaca farms accessible to be seen are small scale or may be it is the colours but regardless of the reasoning, I love it. 
In my visit to the Millpaca farm recently I tried to capture the scale of this farm in the photos so that I could show you but it is very hard to show the rolling hills into the horizon and still show the detail of the herds of alpacas. We hope you enjoy this farm visit as much as I did!
